Where Students Become Doers, Innovators, and Leaders

Valor Heights is a different kind of school for grades 5–12—one where students learn by doing, create with purpose, and grow through real-world experiences. We blend academics with hands-on projects, entrepreneurship, the arts, and community impact, giving students the tools they need to think critically and lead with confidence. Whether they’re building businesses, solving real problems, or performing on stage, students at Valor Heights are engaged, supported, and inspired to become who they’re meant to be.

ElevatED

Our curriculum blends arts with academics, allowing students to express themselves creatively, think innovatively, and develop a well-rounded perspective.

InnovatED

Real-world learning through internships, mentorships, guest speakers, Shark Tank-style pitch competitions, and entrepreneurial projects. Students engage in authentic problem-solving and TED-style presentations, creating portfolios driven by purpose, passion, and innovation.

InspirED

We nurture leadership skills in our students, instilling in them the qualities of integrity, resilience, and the ability to inspire positive change in their communities.

A CompletED School

Our accredited CompletED curriculum emphasizes student-led inquiry, offering students a high level of autonomy and choice in their learning. While we cover the core subjects of Math, English Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, and electives,we take an integrated, cross-curricular approach that ensures these subjects are interconnected. Instead of being taught in isolation, they build upon one another, creating a dynamic and meaningful learning experience. Unlike traditional schools that focus primarily on test preparation, our students demonstrate their understanding through group and individual projects, hands-on products, and collaborative performances. We prioritize real-world, authentic learning experiences that encourage students to engage deeply with their studies.

Cherish, a dedicated educator with years of experience, recognized a critical gap in traditional education. She saw firsthand that many students thrive when given the freedom to learn at their own pace, acquiring real-world skills that prepare them for life beyond the classroom. When it came to her own children’s education, she knew she needed more—something beyond the standard model. Determined to build a school where students are empowered, engaged, and equipped for success, she set out to create something truly special—not just for her own kids, but for many others who deserve the same opportunities.

Trevor, Grade 5

I love Valor Heights because I have a lot of choice in my learning and I get to work on fun projects and challenges with my friends.

What Our Students Say

Connor Testimonial

Connor, Grade 7

I like that I get to work at my own pace. I am able to complete high school credits as a middle schooler. I also like the group work, entrepreneurship competitions and sports teams.

Judah Testimonial

Judah, Grade 7

What I like about the learning style at Valor Heights is the use of Hello Wonder (our interactive AI tool).  If I ask it about one thing, it can get me to elaborate on the subject and find out more than I originally planned.
